RETURN POLICY

Only merchandise that is incorrect or defective can be returned for a full refund.

Returns due to the buyer’s own reason will be subject to exchanges or store credit and a 10% restocking fee, a minimum of $15.

If the package is returned in opened condition, with the wrong label and tag, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee, a minimum of $15.

It is the customer’s responsibility to bring or send by mail the products to our facility for exchange.

No return is accepted after 7 days.

Claims for any damage reported after 3 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Photos of damage need to be provided to us.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

If buyer using forward shipping company to ship packages oversea, We can only give return label from the forward company to us. The buyer will be responsible to ship products to US domestic in any circumstance.

A whole pack (all pieces of one item) must be returned. No refund nor store credit for incomplete packs.

Not all returns are eligible for refund. Please call in for return authorization number before making any returns. All return request or claims of any issues with the merchandise must be made within 2 days of receiving the items. Any return request that’s not at fault of the vendor (damaged items, missing pieces, etc) will have a automatic 15% restocking fee issued.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Any merchandise sent back without the RA number on the box, will be disregarded and the credit WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All return merchandise must be in its original condition and in its original form of packaging to be eligible for exchange, credit, or refund.

Customer has to pay for return shipping unless it is damaged or wrong item.
